   A: Convenience! Many patients who use cannabis feel more security in knowing that they can schedule a delivery when convienentt to them; If fact, that is why 420sb.com was created, to assure total privacy, satisfaction, fair donation's and avoid uncompassionate caregivers.

3.   Q: Is this legal?
   A: “Yes. In 1996, the voters of California passed Proposition 215, also known as the Compassionate Use Act. Within California, the Act allows for the recommendation by a physician for the medical use of marijuana by a patient, and the cultivation, transportation and use of marijuana for medical purposes by patients and caregivers. The Compassionate Use Act exempts patients, caregivers and physicians who recommend the use of marijuana for medical purposes from criminal laws, punishment, or the denial of any rights or privileges. Senate Bill (SB) 420 (Chapter 875, Statutes of 2003) was written into law in December of 2003 (see California Health and Safety Code, Article 2.5, Sections 11362.7 through 11362.83) and is part of California law to this date.

4.   Q: Do I qualify to use your service?
   A: To qualify as a patient you must have a legitimate medical reason for the use of medical cannabis. This use of cannabis has been confirmed by a CA licensed physician who has determined that your health would benefit from the use of marijuana in the treatment of your illness. You have obtained a written, dated and signed recommendation from this physician. The physician’s recommendation is considered valid for 1 year or the date which has been stated on the written recommendation ; whichever is shorter as our patients must be in regular medical contact with their physicians.    Santa Barbara county recently started providing ID cards to medical cannabis users. To obtain an SB county ID go to http://sbcphd.org/events/marijuana.html The ID card is NOT required to utilize 420sb.com's services, although we highly recommend it as it confirms to any law enforcement agent, offical or represnetative of any authority that you have a state confirmed recommendation from a physician. The ID always allows us to verify immediately without having to verify your recommendation prior to our first delivery.

5.   Q: What is 420sb.com's member policy?
   A:
   
   • 420sb.com is only a delivery service for qualified patients, a licensed vendor for medical cannabis in Santa Barbara county.
   • Adults Only;  420sb.com's policy requires that you be at least 18 years of age and have a valid CA driver’s license or id. 420sb.com does not deliver or provide services to minors for any reason.
   • No Driving.  The responsible cannabis consumer does not operate a motor vehicle or other dangerous machinery while impaired by cannabis.
   • Set and Setting; The responsible cannabis user will carefully consider his/her set and setting, regulating use accordingly.
   • Resist Abuse; Use of cannabis, to the extent that it impairs health, personal development or achievement, is abuse, to be resisted by responsible cannabis users.
   • Respect Rights of Others; The responsible cannabis user does not violate the rights of others, observes accepted standards of courtesy and public propriety, and respects the preferences of those who wish to avoid cannabis entirely.
   • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime including violation of our guidelines and doctrines and collective intent.

   A: Yes! It is password protected and we do not keep any credit card databases or vital patient information “on-line” to hack.

8.   Q: Does it cost to sign-up as a member?
   A: Our membership is FREE. The ability to review our medication selection, and ability to sign-up for our informational patient newletters is FREE. To cover our operational costs, we ask for delivery fees and subsequent donation's.

9.   Q: How do I sign-up to be become a member?
   A: Just simply fill out the new patient verification form on the homepage. We will then contact your doctor to verify your recommendation to use medical cannabis. Once verification is complete we will email you a username and password for the patient’s only area of our website.

10.   Q: How long does the verification process take?
    A: As soon as we are able to confirm your physician's recommendation with the physician and or their office then we are able to process your membership. This process is usually same day, depending on their hours of operation.
